Our Verbier Secrets

Verbier has many new places to visit in the last couple of years. Here is our favourite places to hang out on stormy/cold days in Verbier.

One of my favourite activities in Verbier is going for coffee. My two favourite places are:

La Cucina (lacucinaverbier.com)
Great coffee and cakes. Relaxed atmosphere and really friendly staff and also great for take away.

La Chocolaterie de Verbier (lachocolateriedeverbier.com)
Great hot chocolates, teas and coffee. An amazing range of chocolates and desserts if your feeling a bit peckish. Lovely and cosy

Lunching is another great activity in Verbier especially if your not skiing, my favourite places:

Le Rouge (lerouge-verbier.com)
Great to sit on the terrace but also super cosy to sit inside. Great salads and meals. If you stay after lunch you can enjoy a glass of Rose in their apres bar

Arctic Cafe (arcticjuicecafe.com)
New this winter, offers a great, organic and healthy menu, good juices and has a really healthy vibe.

If you not skiing my favourite alternative activities include:

Walk to a nice lunch somewhere. My favourite sports are Chez Dani, a lovely walk up the cat tracks in the winter or in Spring up the mountain pass. Marlena, walk along the roads from the sports centre and take in the breath taking views. Also take the bubble to Ruinette and walk to Dahu restaurant in Le Chaux.

Non-ski days, without a swimming pool my new favourite activities include:

Climbing in the new sports centre. Or squash or tennis

Ice Skating at the outdoor rink just next to our clinic. It offers amazing views and you only need to pay for your skate rentals.

Here is my guide of my favourite places, its personal so sorry if anyone believes I have missed anything I am sorry.
