Get Those Legs Ski Season Ready

Leanne Brown, Massage 1936 founder and director, shares her tips for getting those legs ready for the ski season.

Now the weather is cooler, it can be a great time to explore the mountain. Enjoy the local hikes or jump on your bike and make the most of the park before it closes for the season. 

For at home simple exercises,  try the following:

Alternating lunge to work on those quads, wall sits try and hold for 60 seconds, lateral hop try and land softly.  Enjoy!
